Shipping and Returns
**Please note an update to our return policy effective 3/17/20**
Any discounted items are FINAL sale and not eligible for return.
Online purchases may be returned for a refund OR online store credit depending on the time frame of the return. If the order meets the following requirements: must be full price merchandise (any discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned), must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached then please see below for our time frame of returns. Customers are responsible for the cost of mailing a return back to Brooklynn's. ALL returns must be approved through our online portal before being mailed back.
Online orders can be returned in-stores OR online. To return in a store, simply bring your order to a store. To return online, CLICK HERE to process a return. *Do not fill out an online return request if you plan on returning your order to a store. Click here for a list of our store locations.
Online returns must be approved before they can be mailed back. Once a return request is approved, orders must be postmarked for return 7 days from receiving your approved return request. Items sent back after this time frame will NOT be accepted or refunded. Customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee for sending us the return late and Brooklynn's will NOT send the rejected return back to the customer.
**If a return is sent back that does not meet our return requirements, we must charge a restocking fee of 25% of the item purchase price. Any remaining balance will be issued as store credit.

All merchandise credits issued are valid online only.

**Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping on return orders.
If your order is lost in transit or does not arrive on time, we will open an investigation with USPS. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed.
Once we have completed the investigation, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if still available. If items cannot be replaced, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs.
In the event that USPS confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
If you provide us the wrong address, we are unable to issue a refund.
When is order is valued at $200 or more, we require a signature for delivery. This will help ensure that the order was delivered correctly.
All online orders placed Monday–Friday will be fulfilled within 48 hours.
Orders placed after 3pm on Fridays will be fulfilled the following Monday.
*Holidays are excluded from usual processing and shipping times.
All orders are shipped via USPS at a flat rate of $8.00 unless the order qualifies for free shipping. Orders can be tracked via the tracking number received in your confirmation email.
