Shipping and Returns
- Customers may return unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date for store credit
- Online purchases can be returned to any store or mailed back (see details below)
- In-store purchases can be returned in-store only
- If you purchase an item with a discount of 20% off or more, and/or purchase an item in our sale/clearance categories, those items are final sale and cannot be returned
- No cash, credit or debit card refunds will be issued
- Exchanges are only accepted on in-store purchases

In-store purchases returned to a store
In-store purchases can only be returned in-store. They can be taken to any Brooklynn's location. In-store purchases cannot be returned online.
Online purchases returned to a store
Online purchases can only be returned in-store. They can be taken to any Brooklynn’s location. Must bring order invoice.

Online purchases returned online
Online purchases can be mailed back. Online returns must first be approved through our online return portal before they can be mailed back. Once a return request is approved, items can be mailed back (see address below). Return package must be postmarked for return 30 days from your original delivery date. Items sent back after this time frame will NOT be accepted or refunded. Customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee for sending us the return late and Brooklynn’s will not send the rejected return back to the customer. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping a return.

If your order is lost in transit or does not arrive on time, we will open an investigation with USPS. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed.
Once we have completed the investigation, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if still available. If items cannot be replaced, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs.
In the event that USPS confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
If you provide us the wrong address, we are unable to issue a refund.
When is order is valued at $200 or more, we require a signature for delivery. This will help ensure that the order was delivered correctly.
All online orders placed Monday–Friday will be fulfilled within 48 hours.
Orders placed after 3pm on Fridays will be fulfilled the following Monday.
*Holidays are excluded from usual processing and shipping times.
All orders are shipped via USPS. Orders can be tracked via the tracking number received in your confirmation email.
