Our Return Policy
All sale and clearance merchandise sales are final.
Online purchases may be returned for a refund OR online store credit depending on the time frame of the return. If the order meets the following requirements: must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached then please see below for our time frame of returns.
Complete the return order form on the reverse of your invoice and ship it back to our corporate office at the address below.

Item must be postmarked for return within 7 days of receiving it. Must have tags attached & original receipt. Cannot have been worn or washed.

All merchandise credits issued are valid online only.

2019 HOLIDAY EXTENSION
For purchases made between November 22nd - December 6th, 2020 you may exchange or get store credit when returned by January 6th, 2020. Must have tags attached and original receipt. Cannot have been worn or washed.
If your order is lost in transit or does not arrive on time, we will open an investigation with USPS. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed.
Once we have completed the investigation, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if still available. If items cannot be replaced, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs.
In the event that USPS confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
If you provide us the wrong address, we are unable to issue a refund.
When is order is valued at $200 or more, we require a signature for delivery. This will help ensure that the order was delivered correctly.
At Brooklynn’s, we value you, our customer and respect your privacy. We collect information about you to better service you in your shopping experience and communicate with you about our products, services, contests, and promotions. The only people we may share your basic information (name, email, phone number) with is our sister brands (Branches Btq., Madisonn Ave. boutique for girls, Addison Jane), but we will never sell or share your information with other companies or a third party. All online orders placed Monday–Friday will be fulfilled within 48 hours.
Orders placed after 3pm on Fridays will be fulfilled the following Monday.
*Holidays are excluded from usual processing and shipping times.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate of $8.00 unless the order qualifies for free shipping. Orders can be tracked via the tracking number received in your confirmation email.
