Shipping and Returns

  • Items must be returned unworn and unwashed. Merchandise must have original tags attached and returned within 30 days of purchase date.
  • Online purchases can be returned to any store or mailed back (see details below)
  • In-store purchases can be returned in-store only
  • If you purchase an item with a discount of 30% off or more, and/or purchase an item in our sale/clearance categories, those items are final sale and cannot be returned
  • No cash, credit or debit card refunds will be issued
  • Exchanges are only accepted on in-store purchases

In-store purchases returned to a store
In-store purchases can only be returned in-store. They can be taken to any Brooklynn's location. In-store purchases cannot be returned online.

Online purchases returned to a store
Online purchases can only be returned in-store. They can be taken to any Brooklynn’s location. Must bring order invoice.
*Do not fill out an online return request if you plan on returning your order to a store. Click here for a list of our store locations.

Online purchases returned online
Online purchases can be mailed back. Online returns must first be approved through our online return portal before they can be mailed back. Once a return request is approved, items can be mailed back (see address below). Return package must be postmarked for return 30 days from your original delivery date. Items sent back after this time frame will NOT be accepted or refunded. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping a return.
