Q: What do I do if an item is out of stock?

A: We know the feeling when an item you love is out of stock. We try our best to restock items as often as we can. However, we cannot guarantee that once an item is sold out, it'll be restocked. Sign up to receive email notifications when an item is back in stock. Select one of the following buttons: "Can't find your size? Click here" or "Email me when available" If applicable, select the size you want and then enter your email address. You'll be notified via email if/when that item comes back in stock. 

 

Q: How do I sign up for your VIP texting program?

A: Text BROOKWEB to 484848If you are subscribed to our SMS list and wish to unsubscribe, simply reply STOP to any marketing messages you receive.

 

Q: Can In-store gift cards be used online? (Vice versa)

A: No only online gift cards can be used online.

 

Q: How can I tell if I have an online or in-store gift card?

A: Online gift cards are ONLY issued through email. The code contains numbers & letters. In-store gift cards are a physical card with only a number code.

 

Q: Can I use an in-store gift card online? 

A: No. However, we can switch your gift card to an online gift card. You must call 678-909-5270 ext 107 and speak with a member of our website team to make the switch. This can only be done M-F during business hours of 9am-4pm EST. 

 

Q: What makes my order eligible for return?

A: All clearance and sale merchandise are final sale making them un-eligible for a refund. Online purchases may be returned for a full refund if items are postmarked within 7 days of receiving it. Items postmarked between 7-30 days are only eligible for store credit. (The items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached to be able to receive any kind of refund.)

 

Q: I have just received my item and it is damaged/wrong item what do I do?

A: Contact 678-909-5270 ext 107 immediately.

 

 

Q: Do I have to pay to ship my return/exchange to you?

A: Yes. If wanting to return or exchange an item the customer is responsible for paying for those items to be shipped to us. If the item is for an exchange we pay to ship the new item back to the customer.

 

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders ship out in 1-2 business days.

 

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: We ship out of Georgia. Most orders are received in 1-3 business days. However, our policy states that you'll receive your order in 1-5 business days from the date of shipment.

 

Q: Can I return/exchange the items I ordered online in store?

A: Yes. Items purchased online can be returned/exchanged in-store as long as it is in the given time period for returns and exchanges.
