Welcome to brooklynns.com, please review the following terms and conditions of use, which govern your use of the Sites (the "Agreement").
Your use of the site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement. We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review the Agreement whenever you use the site. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
Unless otherwise noted, the site, and all materials on it, including text, images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips and other materials, and the copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual property in such materials are owned, controlled or licensed by brooklynns.com and Brooklynns.
Occasionally there may be information on our sites that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the sites is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
brooklynns.com uses USPS for all shipping. Currently we only ship within the United States. Orders may take up to 48 hours to be processed and shipped. We make every effort to ship as quickly as possible. Orders placed on Friday through Sunday will not be processed until Monday. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped. Tracking information is available upon email request at email@example.com. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. You will be notified by email regarding back ordered items and expected delays. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further clarification if needed.

EXCHANGES/RETURN OF ITEMS
All unworn/unaltered merchandise can gladly be exchanged or returned in store for a store credit or shipped back to our warehouse for online credit or exchange within 30 days from DATE of purchase. NO cash, credit, debit, or PayPal refunds will be issued for any orders -- online or store credit only. ANY AND ALL DISCOUNTED MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE, that includes but is not limited to sale, clearance and seasonal merchandise which has been discounted. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original packaging without damage or use. If you return items that have been tried on, and they have make up/deodorant, pet hair or any other condition that renders them unsaleable, you WILL NOT be given a credit and the items will be sent back to you.

You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice.
If you have received a damaged product or the wrong product please call us so we can resolve any issues as soon as possible at 678-909-5270. This must be done within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
If shipping your items back to the warehouse, complete the following procedure:
Complete the Return Form on the reverse side of your order form and include it in the box with the items you are returning. Once your package is received please allow 10 business days for return processing. Because our merchandise turns over so quickly, it can be difficult to provide customers with a different size of an item for an exchange. Upon receipt of merchandise, feel free to order the new size you would like and send back the return to be processed. You may call us to discuss sizing if needed.

We collect information about you in our stores and through our websites in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, contests and promotions.
